I’ll never forget my week in Egypt when all we listened to was Beyonce because the girls I was with believed it to be her birthday week. I had to break it to them that “nine-four” was actually “September 4th” and not “April 9th.”

We still listened to her on repeat.

Anyway, tonight after Michelle Obama’s inspiring speech, my roommate and I listened and (attempted to) dance to this. Annnd now it’s time for Destiny’s Child throwback….

I truly miss celebrating the end of finals by submerging my body...

time to invest in more sports bras

Last night I completed a whole hot yoga class in a Pink yoga pants and a sports bra. And I loved every steamy moment.

“Yoga in sports bra” was one of my new years resolutions last year and while it took me a year to get around to doing it, I’m glad I did!

If you haven’t tried it already, I highly recommend it. Everyone is so wrapped up in their own practice that you don’t have to worry about anyone staring. Plus, you get a better look at what muscles you’re using and your alignment. The whole time I made sure my abs were tight and I left feeling even more confident about my body.

Do this if you are looking to get fit before summer! You’ll get a good preview as to what your body is going to look like in a bikini. Only a couple of months, ladies!
